Hi there! I'm Ella, the artist behind Mouse & Maize. I create vibrant paintings full of character, joy, and colour that celebrate the beauty, humour, and unexpected magic of everyday life.

My work is driven by my love of colour and finding inspiration in the little things. A beautiful bunch of flowers, drink tins, ordinary everyday objects, or fleeting moments that deserve to be showcased and remembered. I'm drawn to the playful side of art, where colour can evoke a feeling, a painting can spark a conversation, and even the "small stuff" can become something interesting.

Based in Bundaberg, Queensland, I create original paintings and bespoke commissions for collectors who want something truly individual. Whether it's a meaningful piece for your home, a statement artwork for your business, or something small for a loved one, I love creating pieces that become a part of someone's story.

Welcome to my colourful little corner of the world. I'm so glad you're here!

With love,

Ell
